Hakuren: If hit by an arrow; the arrow will use the enemies water inside their bodies against them. It does this by cooling down the bodies temperature until it actually freezes, so this ability literally cools the part of the body it hit until it is a block of ice.
Shira Yuki: Izzy will either stab the ground with an arrow, or shoot a certain part of the ground with an arrow. When done this will form a large ice circle around her intended target which freezes everything that touches it. The circle not only freezes the ground but everything within the circle's area, including anything above it up in the air, creating an extending pillar of ice that freezes anything within it. This is done by taking the water in the air and bringing the temperature to subatomic levels, until it is enough to freeze the vicinity.

Tsuki: This ability is much like that of Hakuren, except Izzy does not shoot an arrow. Instead this more of a defense mechanism for the bow itself. When the bow is touched by someone who is not the owner, it will immediately freeze that part of the body. When frozen the user will not be able to unfreeze that part of the body ever, so they will have to cut that part off. (this cannot be used as an attack, as said it is only a defense mechanism for when someone tries to steal it.)
History:
Arrows- the arrows are either bought from random weapon store, or they are hand made by Izzy herself. So, these are just normal arrows.
Bow- the bow was made generations ago, by an unknown angel. Not much is known about this angel, except for that he/she was head of the angel council and had a water affinity. This bow was forged in Antarctica, and took years to form.
This weapon was the man/girl's pride and joy, so he gave his very own life to make it special. Since he gave his life for it, it has been given special properties that deal with ice, due to his water affinity.
